XG®Drop-On beads are used to drop on the surface of the road marking paint, they can provide extra reflective values due to improved rounds and special surface treatment.
XG®Drop-On beads are available in many types with different surface treatment suitable for different paint:
•XG®TP for thermoplastic paint.
•XG®2K for 2 components paint.
•XG®SB for solvent borne acrylic paint.
•XG®WB for water borne paint
3)HR beads
•XG®HR
XG®HR beads are made from 100% Virgin glass, they can offer unsurpassed performance and longevity on the road due to its extremely smooth surface, high roundness, less than 1% air inclusions, and large sizes.
XG®HR beads are developed to meet customer’s high demand for retro-reflectivity, Used for both Intermix and Drop-On applications. We can provide various particle sizes from 100-3000um according to different specifications and customer requirements.
4)All Weather Beads
•XG®AW
XG®AW beads are All Weather Beads, they are also called Ceramic Beads, developed by unique technology to meet the demand for reflectivity in wet-night and rainy conditions.
XG®AW beads are divided into two series:
XG®AWW series White line all weather beads;
XG®AWY series Yellow line all weather beads;
With almost 100% roundness, XG®AW beads has wonderful performance on the road, they reflect the light both day and night, even in wet and rainy conditions.
XG®AW beads are available in various sizes from 600-2000um according to different specifications and customer requirements.
